(“Kingdee International”, “Kingdee” or the “Company”; Stock Code: 268.HK) hereby announces the audited consolidated results of the Company and its subsidiaries (collectively referred to as "the Group") for the year ended December 31, 2024 (the “Reporting Period”). During the Reporting Period, the Group’s Cloud Services sustained high-quality growth, with Cloud Services revenue increasing by 13.4% year-on-year (yoy), contributing 81.6% to the Group’s revenue. The Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) of Kingdee Cloud subscription services reached approximately RMB3.43 billion, an increase of 20.0% yoy. Contract liabilities to Cloud subscription services achieved growth of 28.5% yoy. Operating cash flow was approximately RMB934million, representing a yoy growth of 42.9%.

(“Kingdee International”, “Kingdee” or the “Company”, together with its subsidiaries collectively referred to as the “Group”; Stock Code: 268.HK) is pleased to announce the audited consolidated results of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2023 (the “Reporting Period”). During the reporting period, the Group recorded total revenue of RMB5,679 million, representing an increase of approximately 16.7% year-on-year (yoy). The Group continued to advance on the transformation of cloud subscription services, with the Cloud Servies revenue increasing by 21.3% yoy. Cloud Services accounted for 79.3% of the Group revenue. The Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) of Kingdee Cloud subscription services reached approximately RMB2.86 billion, representing an increase of 33.1% yoy. Loss attributable to owners of the Group was approximately RMB210 million, representing a decrease of approximately 46.1% yoy. Net cash flow from operating activities of the Group was approximately RMB653 million, representing an increase of approximately 74.5% yoy.

(“Kingdee International”, “Kingdee” or the “Company”, together with its subsidiaries collectively referred to as the “Group”; Stock Code: 0268.HK) today announced its interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2023 (the “Reporting Period”). During the Reporting Period, Kingdee continued to advance on the transformation of Cloud subscription services, revenue from cloud services increased by 21.5% year-on-year (yoy) to approximately RMB2,039 million, accounting for approximately 79.5% of Group revenue. The Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) of Kingdee Cloud subscription services reached approximately RMB2.54 billion, an increase of 36.3% yoy. Contract liabilities related to cloud subscription services achieved growth of 34.4% yoy.

During the Reporting Period, revenue from cloud services increased by 34.6% year-on-year (yoy) to approximately RMB3,714 million, accounting for approximately 76.3% of total revenue. Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) of Kingdee Cloud subscription services reached approximately RMB2.14 billion, an increase of 36.3% yoy. Contract liabilities related to cloud subscription services achieved 38.3% yoy growth, and operating cash inflow of the Group was approximately RMB374million.

During the Reporting Period, the Group continued to focus on subscription-based cloud services, powering a high quality growth of cloud service business. During the Reporting Period, cloud service business achieved a revenue growth of 35.5% year-on-year (yoy), accounting for approximately 76.4% of the Group’s total revenue. Annual recurring revenue (ARR) of Kingdee subscription-based cloud services reached approximately RMB1.86 billion, representing a yoy increase of 46.5%, and the contract liabilities related to subscription-based cloud services expanded by 56.0% yoy.

From May 7-11, 2022, Kingdee Cloud Cosmic Summit, a highly concerned event in the industry, was held in Shenzhen. This Summit aims to explore how enterprises can digitally drive HR management change and develop quality workforces in the world by creating a flexible and agile organization. Meanwhile, Kingdee also officially launched its blockbuster HR SaaS product, Kingdee Cloud-Constellation HR Cloud, to the public. The Constellation HR Cloud is built on Kingdee Cloud Cosmic's assembleable enterprise-level PaaS platform with Huawei as a prototype customer. In the process of product building, Kingdee has acquired the rich scenarios and leading practices in Huawei's cooperation and co-construction projects, and combined with its own HR digitalization experience of over 20 years to create a new generation of HR Cloud products for large enterprises.
