Kingdee International Announces 2026 Interim Results (11 August 2026) Kingdee International Software Group Company Limited (“Kingdee International”, “Kingdee” or the “Company”; stock code: 268.HK) announces the unaudited consolidated results of the Company and its subsidiaries (the “Group”) for the six months ended 30 June 2026 (the “Reporting Period”; unless otherwise stated, all amounts are in RMB). During the Reporting Period, the Group recorded total revenue of approximately RMB3,625 million, representing a year-on-year increase of approximately 13.6%, mainly driven by the 189.0% year-on-year increase in revenue from AI-native products to approximately RMB296 million. Cloud services revenue amounted to approximately RMB3,116 million, representing a year-on-year increase of approximately 16.6% and accounting for approximately 86.0% of the Group's revenue, of which subscription revenue amounted to approximately RMB2,028 million, representing a year-on-year increase of approximately 20.4%. Subscription annual recurring revenue (ARR) increased by approximately 18.3% year-on-year to approximately RMB4,413 million. Gross profit increased by approximately 17.2% year-on-year to approximately RMB2,456 million, with gross profit margin improving by approximately 2.1 percentage points year-on-year to approximately 67.7%. Profit attributable to Owners of the Company amounted to approximately RMB54 million, while adjusted profit attributable to Owners of the Company amounted to approximately RMB116 million. Net cash inflow generated from operating activities amounted to approximately RMB142 million.

Kingdee International Announces FY2025 Interim Results During the Reporting Period, the Group continued to advance its “Subscription First” strategy, achieving revenue of approximately RMB3,192 million, representing a year-on-year increase of approximately 11.2%. Cloud services revenue was approximately RMB 2,673 million, representing a year-on-year i ncrease of approximately 11.9%. Cloud subscription revenue reached approximately RMB1,684 million up 22.1% year-on-year. Gross profit margin improved by 2.4 percentage points to approximately 65.6%. The loss attributable to owners of the Company narrowed to approximately RMB98 million, representing a year-on-year reduction of approximately 55.1%. Annual recurring revenue (ARR) from Kingdee’s cloud subscription services reached approximately RMB3.73 billion, marking a year-on-year increase of approximately 18.5%. Contract liabilities related to cloud subscription services also increased approximately by 24.7% year-on-year.

Kingdee International Announces FY2024 Results (17 March 2025) Kingdee International Software Group Co., Ltd. (“Kingdee International”, “Kingdee” or the “Company”; Stock Code: 268.HK) hereby announces the audited consolidated results of the Company and its subsidiaries (collectively referred to as "the Group") for the year ended December 31, 2024 (the “Reporting Period”). During the Reporting Period, the Group’s Cloud Services sustained high-quality growth, with Cloud Services revenue increasing by 13.4% year-on-year (yoy), contributing 81.6% to the Group’s revenue. The Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) of Kingdee Cloud subscription services reached approximately RMB3.43 billion, an increase of 20.0% yoy. Contract liabilities to Cloud subscription services achieved growth of 28.5% yoy. Operating cash flow was approximately RMB934million, representing a yoy growth of 42.9%.
